This groundbreaking initiative positioned Cushman & Wakefield as a leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the commercial real estate market.
Alexandre aligned DEI with business development by strategically integrating DEI efforts with client pursuits. He contributed to revenue growth and differentiated Cushman & Wakefield from competitors. His focus goes beyond compliance, actively integrating DEI principles into development projects for upstream corporate impact and revenue generation and creating social Value.
Before Cushman & Wakefield, Alexandre held roles at MSCI Inc. and State Street, garnering extensive experience in institutional client coverage, ETF sales, fixed income, and capital markets. This background translated into a solid ability to navigate regulatory requirements and leverage data-driven decision-making for optimal results.
