Debbie is the CEO of UpperLevel Solutions and specializes in working with first-time CEOs and founders of world-changing technology companies to scale their businesses and grow in their leadership roles.
She has led two companies to be the fastest growing in Massachusetts, including growing Globalization Partners (G-P) from 3 people to a $4.2 billion valuation in less than six years. Debbie works with AI, biotech / life sciences, fin-tech, HR-tech, legal-tech and energy-tech companies, and created a new global multi-billion-dollar category defining the future of global employment solutions with proprietary technology and product innovation.
Debbie has over 20 years of executive experience in disruptive industries, scaling some of the fastest-growing companies in America. She has developed and implemented a new competency model that leverages technology and humanity to deliver tremendous corporate value, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Debbie is an alumna of Bentley University and Harvard Business School where she completed the Advanced Management Program. She serves as a board member at the Boston Museum of Science, the Harvard Club of Boston and the Harvard Business School Alumni Board, as well as an independent board member for multiple companies including Neosoma, The Stellix Group, The KUR Method, and DIVERG.
