Natalia Hilton's Experience
Natalia Hilton is a 21-year financial services executive with extensive experience working on transformational projects for various global financial institutions. Natalia led impactful portfolio work of robotic process automation (RPA), designed, and implemented up risk frameworks, fostered coordination, and defined the strategic approach on transversal undertakings, all for major Fortune 500 institutions.
Natalia’s passion for service has opened doors to opportunities in executive non-profit leadership developing DEIB solutions for Fortune 500 companies. As a mentor in her community, she has dedicated 10-plus years to the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) Boston’s Chapter Board, one of ALPFA’s largest and most innovative professional chapters nationwide. Natalia was also on the Board of Trustees for her Alma Matter, Presentation of Mary Academy in Methuen, MA. She is a member of the Foundation Board for the Commonwealth Corporation, an organization with programs that teach people how to work at the intersection of workforce, education, and economic development.
Natalia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management and her MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
