Patti excels in a world that is more digital and fully understands that the range of discussions that C-Suite executives have has broadened, spanning from the big picture to careful digital execution. Patti’s key attribute is her extreme capability to process information quickly, not missing a detail, all while keeping an eye on the financial bottom line.

Throughout her career in enterprise technology, Patti has created and disrupted new market categories and co-led the seminal work in leveraging machine learning to nudge decision interruptions of managers, ultimately detecting, preventing, and eventually eradicating unconscious bias in the nine key decision points that matter the most in the human capital management lifecycle.

Patti thrives in a work environment that encourages different backgrounds and ways of thinking. She collaborates with her colleagues to brainstorm and collectively advance the organization. Critical to her success has been her ability to build great teams and enable them to move quickly and get things done. In addition, Patti personifies the importance of purpose, values, and people. This combination is exceptionally relevant for any organization looking to capture market share.

Patti earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Arizona; a Master of Business Administration at the London School of Business, Richmond University, London, UK; and a Doctor of Management focusing on organizational leadership and development.
