Sean’s leadership roles have been instrumental in driving growth and managing operations effectively. As the former President / CEO of Dynsico LLC, a Roper Technologies and PE-owned mid-cap industrial tech manufacturing company, he led them through a major strategic and operational turnaround, achieving consecutive double-digit revenue growth and substantial EBITDA expansion. This was accomplished through site consolidation, disciplined cost management, and capabilities building. These achievements underscore Sean’s ability to inspire confidence and deliver results.

Before his successful CEO and GM roles, Sean held executive-level commercial P&L roles at Medtronic, Smith & Nephew, and Philips. These roles were pivotal in shaping his financial acumen and business strategy skills. His tenure as Chief Marketing Officer at PAREXEL, a large Clinical Research Organization, was particularly noteworthy. Here, he established a high-performance marketing team, implemented strong brand management, and drove cross-functional efforts that significantly increased demand generation and new sales. This experience not only honed his marketing skills but also provided him with a strong life science foundation in diagnostics, product management, and development, including an expatriate assignment in Germany.

Sean holds an American Chemical Society Accredited BA in Chemistry and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University. He completed executive education certificate programs in strategy, general management, financial management, and product management and innovation at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Notre Dame, the University of Chicago, and Northwestern University.
